Terms of service
1. Who we are
Axiom Labs (company details to be completed), registered address to be completed. Contact: support@example.com.
2. What you are buying
A non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the Axiom AI Scalper engine and the Axiom Bridge software ("the Software") on up to three broker accounts that you own. The licence covers all future releases of the Software. The early-access price is £399; the standard price applies after the early-access window closes.
3. What the Software does and does not do
- The Software places, manages and closes trades on your broker account according to the risk limits you configure.
- The Software never holds your funds. It connects through your own terminal or a trade-only API key. You can revoke access at any time.
- The Software is a tool. It does not provide investment advice and Axiom Labs is not authorised to give financial advice.
- Performance figures on our website are from live trading data reported by us. They are not a promise of future results.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for choosing your broker, your risk limits and the capital you trade.
- You confirm that automated trading is permitted by your broker and lawful where you live.
- You will keep your licence key private. Sharing it ends the licence.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by card through our payment processor or in cryptocurrency to the addresses shown at checkout. Crypto payments are final once broadcast; refunds under section 6 are returned in the same coin to the sending address at the rate on the day of refund.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason by emailing support@example.com. See our refund policy.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Labs is not liable for trading losses, broker failures, connectivity problems, or losses arising from limits you set or changed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the licence.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the Software at any time. We aim for the engine to be available continuously but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the changelog.
9. Termination
We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold, reverse-engineered, or used to attack our systems. You may stop using the Software at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
