1. What we collect
- At checkout: your email address, optional name and MT5 account number, your chosen payment method, and for crypto payments the transaction ID you give us.
- When you use the Software: licence key, bridge version, broker server name, and trade events needed to run the engine and produce your daily report. We do not collect your broker password.
- On this website: privacy-respecting analytics if enabled (page views and button clicks, no cookies, no personal identifiers).
2. Why we collect it
To deliver and support your licence, send your daily report, process refunds, and improve the Software. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who we share it with
Our payment processor (card payments), our email provider (licence delivery and reports), and our hosting provider. Each acts under contract and only for the purposes above.
4. How long we keep it
Account and licence data for as long as your licence is active plus six years for tax records. Trade event logs for 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal retention.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email support@example.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Cookies
The website sets no tracking cookies. The checkout stores nothing in your browser beyond the current page state.
